Kim Senn Cross​

Founder & President

Kim Senn Cross has decades of experience primarily focused on the technology requirements of the multifamily industry.Kim has worked for property management companies such as Lincoln Property Company and Prime Group, directly managing the Business Applications teams and technology initiatives. Kim has also worked for the software suppliers. As a Professional Services Consultant for RealPage, Kim focused on large client implementations deploying the RealPage Suite of products including but not limited to, Accounting, Leasing and Rents, Payments, Document Management, and specializing in data integrations. As an independent consultant, Kim has deployed software solutions such as Yardi, and RentCafe. As Vice President of Consulting at Entrata, Kim assisted in securing talent and building the Dallas, Texas team.
Kim founded The KSC Group in March 2013 with the vision to create a team of industry experts that can fulfill the needs of the multifamily industry regardless of software platform.

Jeanne Daniels

Director of Business Development

Before joining the KSC Group, Jeanne was the Director of Business Applications for Richman Property Services for 16 years.  She graduated with a BA in Accounting but found a passion for both technology and property management early on and found a career combining both.  Jeanne started training property management systems on site, while also working as an assistant controller.  She then moved on to successfully rolling out many software initiatives that included training, implementation, and support services.  She also designed an affordable compliance tracking system.  She was born and raised in New England, where she graduated from Merrimack College in 1988.  Jeanne is married and lives in Franklin, MA.  She is a fan of all the Boston sports teams, especially the Patriots!

Sandy

Sandy Leider

Director of Managed Services

Sandy Leider is the Client Success Manager and Support Solutions Manager for the KSC Group.  She has been part of the team since January of 2016.  Sandy excels in customer support and managing our support center.  In her role she handles client calls to review business strategies, implementation opportunities as well as support solutions.  She works with our clients to ensure the proper expert team member is assigned to the project that is needed.  She runs our software support center and oversees the support of many industry products including but not limited to; Yardi, CRM, RentCafe, Onesite Leasing and Rents, Onesite Accounting, Lead2Lease and many more.  She oversees and supports both conventional and affordable products.

Eydie

Eydie Venturo

Director of Training

Eydie Venturo is a Business Applications Specialist at the KSC Group and has been in the property management industry for over 20 years. She has worked with the RealPage suite of products for over fourteen years and Yardi for the last three years. Eydie started as a leasing consultant and worked her way through the ranks until she began working on the training and support side of the industry. She has a working knowledge of how the leasing office and process works. Eydie became a certified RealPage OneSite trainer in 2009 and since then she has worked in OneSite, Accounting, Online Leasing, Lead2Lease, Payments, Document Management, and LeaseStar among other RealPage products.

Erica Beck

Director of Property Onboarding

Erica Beck has been in Property Management since 2006, when she walked into a Student Housing Community looking for an apartment to rent close to campus and walked out with a job as a Leasing Consultant. She quickly fell in love, the industry changed her major from Biology to Business Administration.  She worked as a Leasing Agent, then as an Assistant Manager while going to school full time.  Once she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, she was given her first Lease Up Student Property to manage.  In 2011, she joined an up and coming Management Company as a Regional Assistant when fate intervened.  She was asked to assist with the internal support helpdesk when they were short staffed and soon found her calling.  She quickly moved from Operations to IT and developed her super user skills within various platforms.  She has transitioned over 20,000 units to Onesite within 48 hours of closing, completed the set up and implementation of Online Leasing with E-signature on multiple properties, and was one of the Beta clients to test and roll out RealPage Budgeting, Unified Log In, and Unified Amenities.  She is also skilled in the set up and management of Leasing and Rents, Ops Technology, Document Management, Payments, Portal, Bluemoon, Compliance Depot, LeaseStar Syndication and Leasing Desk Screening.
